Patient presented with a firm,mobile,smooth breast mass in the left breast at 12 o'clock position.The lesion was stable for five years.

Ultrasound showing a well-defined,lobulated, horizontally oriented hypoechoic ovoid breast lesion,measuring 20x10 mm,stable for 5 years.
Strain elastography was made,the mass showed green and blue mosaic benign pattern.

FNAC was made 5 years ago and the lesion was proved to be a Fibroadenoma.Since then it is stable.
