Three intramural fibroids are seen, two larger ones close to endometrial cavity, with no endometrial indentations. One of them along left lateral wall shows calcifications.
Case Discussion
Fibroid mapping using 3-D TVS technique helps a surgeon to visualize fibroid location in multiplanar and volume rendered images, which are much more vivid than routine axial and longitudinal imaging.
