There is a radiopaque foreign body (coin) seen left para midline, mostly in the stomach.
No evidence of free air (no perforation).
Case Discussion
Foreign body ingestion is common in the pediatric population, and it can be complicated by bowel obstruction or perforation.
Some foreign bodies should be surgically removed especially if they are sharp (needle) or toxic (battery).
