Mild change of the structural conformation of the 3rd right metatarsal head, which is flattened and has a subtle and slim sclerosis line that indicates the osteonecrosis.

Freiberg disease is a kind of osteochondrosis that affects enchondral ossification, causing incongruity to the joint surface, and as illustrated by this case, Freiberg’s fracture is more common unilaterally and in females 1
