Large right frontal lobe haemorrhage with marked mass effect with extension into the right frontal horn which is displaced across the midline.
Small left frontal lobe haemorrhage.
Case Discussion
This patient had end stage liver disease with a coagulopathic state.
Large lobar haemorrhages can occur in this subtype of patient without any trauma.
