Bilateral hilar and paratracheal lymphadenopathy.
Heart size normal. Lungs clear.
Case Discussion
Garlands triad (aka the Pawnbrokers sign) due to 3 site lymphadenopathy - both hila and the paratracheal space.
The patient proceeded to CT confirming the above and splenic lesions, making a differential of granulmatous disease and lymphoma most likely.
