Gastric outlet obstruction due to pyloric adenocarcinoma

Increased wall thickness due to tumoral infiltration is present at the pylorus causing gastric outlet obstruction and distention.
A few small cortical and parapelvic cysts are seen in the kidneys.
Case Discussion
Pathology proved pyloric adenocarcinoma causing gastric outlet obstruction.
