Upper abdominal pain. Recently eating grapes on a hot summer's day

Age: 18
Gender: Female
ultrasound

US performed to exclude gallstones.

Multiple rounded hypoechoic lesions in food-filled stomach with central echogenic cores in gastric body and pylorus. Patient had eaten grapes prior to presenting to the ED.
