Case Discussion
This a case of neck swelling. Ultrasound reveals a diffusely bulky thyroid with heterogenous echotexture and increased vascularity—intrathyroidal artery PSV up to 125 cm/sec.
Findings in favor of Graves disease.

T3: 1.6
T4: 8.7
