A lobulated T2 hyperintense lesion in the right lobe segments V measuring 5.4 x 5 x 4.5 cm. The dynamic contrast enhanced images reveal initial nodular peripheral discontinuous enhancement with slow centripetal filling at delayed phases (till 30 minutes) and some remaining nonenhancing areas (necrosis).
The enhancement intensity is similar to aorta at all phases.
Case Discussion
Typical features of hepatic haemangioma.
