Air-fluid level in the retrocardiac region.
Bilateral lung fields appear normal.

There is herniation of fundus and proximal body of the stomach into the posterior mediastinum through dilated oesophageal hiatus. The gastrooesophageal junction is also mildly displaced superiorly.
Case Discussion
Findings are suggestive of type-III hiatus hernia.
