Presentation
Shoulder pain followed by trauma a month ago.
Patient Data
Hill - Sachs lesion as a bony defect on the posterolateral humeral head
Detached anteroinferior labrum (3 to 6 o clock position) associated with glenoid rim fracture, suggestive of osseous Bankart lesion
Abnormal intrasubstance increased fluid signal along with subscapularis and supraspinatus tendons related to tendinosis
Subacromial - subdeltoid bursitis
Fluid signal around the LHBT in the background of tenosynovitis
Mild capsular hypertrophy along with acromioclavicular joint
Acromion type II.
Case Discussion
Bony Bankrt lesion associated with an osseous defect at the posterosuperior aspect of the humeral head (Hill-Sacs deformity) in the setting of anterior shoulder dislocation.
