Presentation

Shoulder pain followed by trauma a month ago.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male

Hill - Sachs lesion as a bony defect on the posterolateral humeral head

Detached anteroinferior labrum (3 to 6 o clock position) associated with glenoid rim fracture, suggestive of osseous Bankart lesion

​Abnormal intrasubstance increased fluid signal along with subscapularis and supraspinatus tendons related to tendinosis

Subacromial - subdeltoid bursitis

Fluid signal around the LHBT in the background of tenosynovitis

Mild capsular hypertrophy along with acromioclavicular joint

Acromion type II.

Case Discussion

Bony Bankrt lesion associated with an osseous defect at the posterosuperior aspect of the humeral head (Hill-Sacs deformity) in the setting of anterior shoulder dislocation.
