A thick walled cystic lesion with internal layer detachment and floating membranes, in the right breast.

Case Discussion

Greyscale ultrasound of the breast showed a cystic lesion with a thick wall and internal floating membranes, most consistent with a hydatid cyst.

Hydatid cyst is rarely seen in the breast; it is a common disease in an uncommon location.
