Four days history of abdominal pain, predominantly in the right iliac fossa, associated with diarrhoea.

Non contrast CT shows thickened on distal ileum wall and enlarged mesenteric regional lymph nodes.
Case Discussion
On this study we can see finds of ileits and mesenteric adenitis.
During the hospitalisation the diagnosis of Yersinia enterocolitica infection was confirmed by measuring concentrations in the blood (ELISA) and stool culture.
