Well defined, mid-line upper jaw cystic lesion, measuring 2.5x1.7 cm highly suggestive of a nasopalatine duct cyst.
There is also maxillary sinus mucosal thickening.
Case Discussion
The incisive canal cyst ( nasopalatine duct cyst ) originates from epithelial remnants and is the most common epithelial and non-odontogenic cyst of the upper jaw.
