Foreign body in the oesophagus perforating its right lateral wall.
Right upper lung lobe consolidation.

Upper endoscopy showed a pen inside the mid-oesophagus. It looks like it caused pressure necrosis and some penetration on the right lateral wall of the oesophagus. It was caught with a foreign body forceps and extracted.
