A homogeneous isodense mass lesion is noted at right cavernous sinus with avid post-contrast enhancement, suggestive of vascular lesion. It is eroding adjacent bones and extending to right temporal fossa.


MR images demonstrate a right-sided large cavernous sinus aneurysm, mimicking a cavernous sinus mass.
