Case Discussion
This is a case of intrauterine fetal demise. At 34 weeks gestation, the patient presented with no fetal movement for two days. A fetal ultrasound pronounced the absence of cardiac activity. A cesarean section was performed due to the patient's request. The amniotic fluid was noted to be meconium stained at the rupture of membranes.
