The IUCD is seen projecting over the deep pelvis in the scanogram.
On the CT scan, the IUCD is seen misplaced in the right posterior deep pelvis with its stem appears to be perforating the right posterior rectal wall with surrounding rim of pelvic free fluid.
There are bilateral pars defects at L5-S1 with grade I anterolisthesis of L5 over S1.
Case Discussion
CT findings are compatible with IUCD migration with possible rectal wall perforation.
