Presentation

Chronic wrist pain. No history of trauma or overuse.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Female
mri

The lunate bone central part appears collapsed and sclerotic with predominately low signal intensities in all pulse sequences. The volar and dorsal parts of the lunate bone appear normal.
