Late subacute subdural haemorrhage

Subdural collection along the left cerebral hemisphere with maximum thickness of 9 mm.
Signal: T1: High, T2: High with some diffusion restriction.
Mass effect is noted over the left cerebral hemisphere with midline shift of about 5 mm toward the right side.
Case Discussion
At late subacute (7 to 14-28 days) the extracellular methaemoglobin leads to increase T2 signal.
