Presentation

Secondary infertility.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Female
Fluoroscopy

The body of the uterus is located in the left para midline of the pelvic cavity and shows normal shape and contour.

The cervical canal shows normal length and mucosal surface and is expanded normally.

The left fallopian tube is filled and shows tubal dilatation along with retained contrast material without evidence of spillage due to hydrosalpinx.

Cutoff of contrast material in the isthmic portion of the right fallopian tube with bulbous dilatation of the distal aspect of the opacified portion.
