Case Discussion
Urinary Legionella antigen was positive and subsequently Legionella pneumophila was isolated from sputum culture. There are no specific features to suggest Legionella infection on x-ray or CT. This patient was immunosuppressed post chemotherapy induction for treatment of a hematological malignancy.
