Amongst other degenerative spondylotic changes, there is a small cyst at the anterior aspect of ligamentum flavum on the right side at the L4-5 level.
Moderate spinal canal stenosis at the L3-4 and L4-5 levels.
Case Discussion
Findings are consistent with a ligamentum flavum cyst which adds to the spinal canal stenosis at L4-5 level.
