A second gravida female presented with 7 weeks of amenorrhoea for a dating scan.

Uterine cavity shows the rim of fluid. Both ovaries are normal. There is a right adnexal lesion showing a gestational sac along with a live embryo. There is no free fluid in the abdomen or pelvis.

1st photo shows unruptured right tubal lesion. 2nd photo shows partial salpingectomy.
Case Discussion
A second gravid female presented for a dating scan. Ultrasound shows a live ectopic pregnancy in the right adnexa. Laparoscopy revealed right tubal ectopic pregnancy. Partial Salpingectomy was done. Histopathology revealed chorionic villi in the lumen of the fallopian tube.
