Syncope for investigation.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male


Lungs and pleural spaces are clear. Cardiomediastinal contour is within normal limits for projection. No free subdiaphragmatic gas. Loop recorder projects over the left chest.

Case Discussion

Implantable loop recorders are a subcutaneous device that records cardiac events. It is used in the investigation of syncope.
