Geographic area of ground glass opacity with air bronchograms and obscuring traversing lung vasculature is seen in apical segment of right lower lobe abutting major fissure. No other lung lesions.
Case Discussion
Typical case of air space opacification in a segment of right lower lobe, usually an infective etiology. Whilst infection is the most common cause, differentials of pulmonary hemorrhage also needs to be considered.
