In left adnexal, an oval tumor with regular and defined borders is identified, heterogeneously hypodense (mostly fat density) with small peripheral punctate calcification; no contrast medium enhancement in tumor.
There are no signs of infiltration to other abdominal or pelvic structures.
Case Discussion
Left oophorectomy was performed. The histology revealed mature ovarian teratoma.
