Presentation

Vomiting and epigastric pain.

Patient Data

Age: 85 years
Gender: Female

Para-oesophageal hernia with mesentero-axial gastric volvulus. No features of bowel ischaemia. Left pleural effusion and porcelain gallbladder noted.
