Undisplaced Salter-Harris II fracture through the 2nd metacarpal neck.
Case Discussion
An unusual location for a fracture, which occurred after direct trauma. On the frontal projection, a sclerotic band is the only clue for a fracture, which can be more easily seen on the oblique projection.
