Patient Data

Age: 20 years
Gender: Female

A large extra-axial mass lesion was noted at the left middle cranial fossa showing mass-effect over the left frontotemporal lobes and a midline shift of about 1 cm toward the right side. The lesion measures about 6.8 x 6.3 x 6.8 cm in CC, TR, and AP dimensions.

The lesion has T2 high signal, FLAIR dirty signal, T1 low signal, positive diffusion restriction, and no enhancement.

The rest of the brain parenchyma is normal.

Effacement of the anterior horn of the left lateral ventricle and dilatation of both lateral ventricles is noted.
