CT-scan shows extensive subcutaneous air involving the right vaginal labia and fat stranding of the anterior abdominal wall / perineum.
Case Discussion
The findings are highly suggestive of necrotising fasciitis / Fournier's gangrene (even though this term is usually reserved for male).
