Presentation

Asthmatic patient with a history of headache and facial pain.

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Male

Complete opacification of the right maxillary sinus with hyperdense contents within. The right ostiomeatal complex is obstructed.

The left maxillary sinus, sphenoid, frontal and ethmoid sinuses are normal.

The brain appears normal.
