Small volume right superior frontal lobe subarachnoid haemorrhage. No intra-ventricular or parenchymal haemorrhage present. No evidence of mass effect of midline shift.
Case Discussion
This is a case of non-traumatic spontaneous subarachnoid haemorrhage. There was no CTA evidence of cerebral aneurysm. Vasculitic and coagulation screens negative. Patient was not on blood thinners. Cause remains uncertain. Patient improved with conservative management with no further episodes.
