Passenger in high speed RTA. No specific symptoms or signs. Imaging as per trauma protocol.

No traumatic injuries. Normal anatomic structures in chest, abdomen and pelvis, and normal contrast-related phenomena such as zebra stripe pattern in the spleen on arterial phase imaging.
Case Discussion
This is a normal CT of the chest, abdomen and pelvis, with the whole volume initially acquired in the arterial phase, and then the abdomen and pelvis acquired in the portal venous phase.
