Presentation

Facial trauma, subsequent orbital pain, and decreased right eye visual acuity.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male
ct

There are right eye cornea and uveo-scleral layer tear, choroidal detachment, and haemorrhage with thickness up to 12 mm in the anterior temporal side of the eye.

Fluid and thick mucosa in para nasal sinuses are seen.
