Left orbital floor blow-out fracture extended within the inferior medial wall with orbital fat and inferior rectus muscle entrapment within the fracture gap. Left side preseptal and lacrimal gland swelling and left eye exodeviation are also seen.
Case Discussion
The case illustrates the entrapped inferior rectus muscle within the gap of orbital floor blow-out fracture which is the main cause of muscle dysfunction in this type of fracture and one of the main indications of surgical repair.
