There are left orbit medial wall blow-out fractures and remarkably entrapped medial rectus muscle, retrobulbar emphysema, left eye cornea tear, preseptal soft tissue swelling, and exodeviation of both eyes.
Case Discussion
Remarkably entrapped medial rectus muscle within the fracture gap can lead to muscles necrosis and retrobulbar emphysema can lead to compression on the optic nerve both can be ophthalmology emergencies and must be managed carefully.
