Case Discussion

Orbital roof defects without trauma and surgical intervention are rare congenital osseous abnormalities that cause protrusion of intracranial structures into the orbit. The anterior skull base is intimately associated with the orbits, nasal cavity, paranasal sinuses, and intracranial soft tissue compartment.
