Os subepicondylare mediale

A small well-corticated bony element is observed distal to the medial epicondyle of the humerus on the AP projection, consistent with an os subepicondylare mediale.
Additionally, the lateral view shows mild degenerative changes, including marginal sharpening of ulnar articular surfaces.
Case Discussion
This case demonstrates an os subepicondylare mediale, a rare accessory ossicle of the elbow, that may be misdiagnosed as fractures, synovial chondromatosis, or osteochondritis dissecans.
