Small bony fragmentation noted in the left tibial tuberosity. Minimal soft tissue swelling with loss of sharp margin of the patellar tendon.
Case Discussion
The findings are consistent with Osgood-Schlatter disease. A similar process can occur at the patella-patellar tendon junction, which is referred to as Sinding-Larsen-Johansson disease.
