Well-defined ovoid cystic lesion of the right ovary prolapsed in Douglas pouch, displaying a high signal on T1, T1 fat sat with T2 shading sign and no enhancement on postcontrast sequences. Another small adjacent right ovarian cystic lesion of the same signals is noted.
