Two well-defined right ovarian cystic lesions of high signal on T1, T1 fat sat with T2 shading sign and no enhancement on postcontrast sequences with a peripheral displacement of the ovarian follicles. Moderate thickening of the uterosacral ligament and torus uterus indicating most likely deep endometriosis.
Normal appearance of the uterus and left ovary.
