Presentation

Left lower abdominal pain.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Female
mri

Large well-defined thin-walled partially septated left abdominopelvic cystic mass with no visibilty of the left ovary. It shows a homogeneous content of a low signal on T1 and a high signal on T2 with a thin rim of peripheral enhancement. No restricted diffusion was seen on DWI/ADC. The adjacent digestive structures are displaced with no sign of local invasion. No pelvic lymphadenopathy.

Normal appearance of the uterus and right ovary.

No free fluid in the peritoneal cavity.

Gallstone is noted (incidental finding).
