Presentation

Pregnant lady presented with left sided lower abdominal pain.

Patient Data

Age: 20 years
Gender: Female
mri

The left ovary is slightly shifted to the midline, enlarged in size, measuring about 4 x 3 x 5.8 cm, showing peripherally placed follicles with surrounding free fluid and edema. Findings suggest ovarian torsion

The right ovary appears unremarkable

Unremarkable urinary bladder.

No obvious pelvic masses.

Gravid uterus with unremarkable fetus.

The visualized skeleton appears unremarkable.

The patient underwent laproscopy and confirmed the MRI results and detorsion was done.
