Coarse trabeculation of the right iliac blade, ischium and superior pubic ramus. The right inferior pubic ramus and hip are spared.
Normal left hemipelvis.
Mild bilateral hip osteoarthritis.
Case Discussion
Paget disease commonly affects the pelvis and is an incidental finding in older patients.
It is typically a unilateral process, as in this case, with coarse trabeculation and thickening of the ileopectineal line.
