Findings was changed:

Swelling foof the pancreatic head and uncinate process with associated fat stranding and a small volume of peripancreatic fluid. Homogeneous pancreatic enhancement with no evidence of necrosis. No biliary dilatation or radiopaque duct stones. Previous cholecystectomy.
