Complex meniscal tear with a horizontal and radial component in the anterior horn of the medial meniscus associated with extrusion of the meniscal body and a large lobulated parameniscal cyst.

Oedema around the medial collateral ligament is likely from meniscal degeneration rather than a sprain.

Degeneration of the lateral meniscus.

Altered signal intensities of the anterior and posterior cruciate ligaments, probably due to mucoid degeneration/scarring.

Evidence of proximal patellar tendinosis without evidence of a tear.

Case Discussion
