ECG-gated cardiac CT demonstrates a patent ductus arteriosus with conical configuration, prominent aortic ampulla and narrow pulmonary end (Krichenko type A).
Case Discussion
Physical examination revealed no audible heart murmur ("silent PDA"). Successful percutaneous closure was performed.
