Resection of the prostate and bladder due to neoplasia. Persistent fever and pelvic pain.
Patient Data
It is possible to identify a urostomy procedure, where both ureters are anastomosed with a ileal segment that is externalised on the abdominal wall (stoma). Near to anastomosis and occupying the anterior pelvis there is a abscess with gas bubbles within (about 120 ml).
